dc.description.abstract This thesis aims to carry out the seismic interpretation and petrophysical analysis of Pindori area, Eastern Potwar sub basin, by using the Seismic data and Well Log data. For this objective, we were provided with 5 seismic lines and Resistivity and Porosity Well Log Data of Pindori-01 by LMKR with the approval of DGPC. Seismic Data Interpretation consist of base map generation, control line selection and plotting of TD chart. A total four reflectors were marked on the control line and extended on the other lines via strike line using Jump Correlation Technique. Two-way travel time contour maps and depth maps were generated at top of Sakesar Limestone and Chorgali Formation to understand the structural style and geometries present in the study area. Two positive (anticlinal structures) were marked in the study area those are bounded by reverse faults namely F1, F3 and F2, F4. While the Petrophysical analysis of Pindori-01 well was carried out by the selection of zone of interest which lies in Sakesar Limestone with the sonic porosity 5.385%, effective porosity 4.899%, saturation of water 16.002% and saturation of hydrocarbons 83.9071%. en_US
