Abstract:
The main idea of our final year project is to create a website named ”Helpers Hub”. The purpose of this website is to make the life of citizens of developed areas uncomplicated. The objective of this website is to be a medium between the service providers and the clients. Like in our context, plumbers, electricians, butchers, mechanics, and technicians are the service providers, and the common person in the city who faces difficulty in getting these services is the client. On this website, there is a virtual way to help the clients or service providers, where they can input their message and the algorithms can show them the answers that are stored for such sorts of questions. The rest of the questions will be saved and sent to the back-end server for enhancing database purposes. Common citizens are the main target audience of this service. Generally, this website has not had proper investors but all the butchers, electricians, or mechanics would be ranked because of recommendations on work standards and there will be a premium feature for those service providers who want to rank their services on top. All the revenues would be generated from ads and the use of the website or its hybrid mobile version.
