EDHI FOUNDATION ERP (GRAVEYARD SERVICES, CHARITY AND DONATION INFORMATION, DISASTER MANAGEMENT, CHILD ADOPTION AND MARRIAGE BUREAU SERVICES)

Abstract

The project objective is to develop ERP ofEDHI foundation Karachi. The main aims ofevery shared database are used in ERP that can support different functions utilized by various business firms that implies that representatives in various modules can rely on the same information given by other modules. In this project we are developing different systems such as Graveyard Services, Charity and donation information, Disaster Management, Child adoption, Mamage Bureau. We are using oracle as our database and PHP scripting language. In this project we are working on 5 different modules. Each with different objecti We are developing a front end and backend. We are using an agile software development methodology in which we are using scrum. The main purpose to develop this system is to reduce manual work and save time. It can maintain accuracy. By this project we save thousands ofrecord in database to generate yearly and monthly reports. As we are working on graveyard module not only burial services are provided in Edhi Foundation, even shipping of dead bodies from the Pakistan and over the world is also providing by Edhi Organization. In Donation system we can save the record of the donor and sent the donation items to the procurement department and cash to the finance department. Disaster provide us to manage camps in different areas that help to deal with the whole process ofDisaster Management activities. i Mrs. Bilquis Edhi took care of babies and children and can supervise the adoption process. These babies are provided to childless couples who don’t have children after doing investigation process who are fully deserved for the adoption get the baby.
