| dc.description.abstract | Health monitoring refers to a continuous observation of patient’s condition (physiological and physical) traditionally performed by one or several body sensors. In fact, significant actions and decisions are based on data coming from such sensors (e.g. remote diagnosis, consultations, hospitalization). Widespread use of compact sensing technologies paired with the recent advances in wireless applications for health measurement could be the key to solve emerging health measuring problems for those patients who cannot afford to travel to the hospital regularly. In this propose system, An E-Health band remotely monitor health status using android application. Using common and low-cost hardware sensors and component will be embedded on a band which could monitor your vital signs such as heart rate, body temperature etc. A band that can update and notify the people who are concerned even ifthey are far away by getting the messages, emails and location through GPS and GSM modules. Ifany kind ofincident occursthe band will notify the people whose contact numbers or emails are stored in the database. We will design an android app to act as remote monitoring system for the health band project. | en_US |
