dc.description.abstract In the recent era blockchain is an decentralization, emerging technology due to its benefits as it provides peisistency, anonymity and auditability. It is a chain of many blocks of an) type ol data loi which the network is created. Each time the data is entered in the network, it is mined through mining algorithms and then produce a hash which will the add in the creation of next block. It maintains the history that can never be manipulated even by the owner as it assures authenticity. There i wide spectrum of blockchain applications ranging from crypto currency, financial services, risk management, internet ofthings (IoT) to public and social services. The Hyperledger Sawtooth, is first blockchain is a based system that support using conventional programming languages for building contiacts. Blockchain implementation in Criminal Record is a significant challenge i rapidly evolving era of privacy and security concerns. Its application in criminal records is presented so that no one can alter the data as blockchain assures authentication, and when it needs to be access, authorized sectors can access it by application which is interacted with blockchain and search the files for records of conviction for a certain person. In this research we are using hyperledger sawtooth by which we smart in a want to produce a complete functional system which will enable agencies and other organizations to verify criminal’s identity on Blockchain in seconds without concerning about the risk of fraud and the involvement of other organizations. en_US
