Abstract:
The objective of this project is to develop an automated Question Paper Generator.
The question paper generator automatically generates a question paper from the
questions entered by the teacher for a course. The questions can be categorized and
assigned levels as easy, medium and hard; each level of questions can contain
different sub-parts as per university or institute format.
A database will be maintained where teacher can add the questions of relevant
subjects. The cluster head has the authority to approve or disapprove the incoming
questions from the teachers and finally generate the paper. The system will provide
pre-defined format for the question paper for Mid-term and Final-term examination
respectively, such as the number of questions in the paper and the sub-parts of the
questions, as well as the difficulty level of each question. The role of cluster head is
to choose the course of which the question paper has to be generated. Once selected,
the question paper will be generated by the click of a button, ready to be printed in
university defined format and structure.
Recommendations for future development and project conclusion and results are also
included in the report.
