Abstract:
For efficient utilization of time and storage space, picture optimization is most essential
constraint. Reducing the size ofthe image with tiny degrading the quality ofthe picture involves
in picture optimization technique. Currently optimization algorithms of many pictures are used to
deal with increasing volume of data involved but still finding the substitute solution is the range
ofresearch.
