Abstract

In the past recent years, it has been seen that chatbots are frequently used in different domains including healthcare, websites, and to answer frequently asked questions. The chatbots are really helpful as they reduce human usage in answering similar queries asked by individuals. As we mentioned, chatbots are used in different domains, but the real-estate environment is still overlooked. So, to cope with that, we have developed a real-estate chatbot that not only has conversation with the user but also helps him in buying and selling plots by asking them simplified questions such as the area/size of the plot, price of the plot, location of the plot.
