Methodology: The study used a survey with a self-administered questionnaire and a purposive sample technique to gather information from Karachi, Pakistan's supply chain employees of oil and gas industry. In order to analyze the data, structural equation modelling was used (SEM). Findings: The current study revealed that management support has no significant impact on SP. Whereas, funds and finances, internal pressure and external pressure has a significant positive influence on SP. However, lack of awareness has a negative effect on SP. Limitations: When examining the findings, the study only considered the views of residents of Karachi, Pakistan, a single metropolis. This does not accurately reflect the overall state of affairs.
