Abstract:
Purpose
The main objective of this study is to determine those factors that have a huge impact on
the process of lean supply chain implementation. This research is carried out to analyze
the influence ofthose barriers on the lean implementation process.
Methodology & Design
Deductive approach was adopted for this research which means hypothesis were
developed based on relevant literature, which was analyzed, and then questionnaire was
developed to acquire data from respondents. This research is of Quantitative in nature.
Statistical tools such as Correlation and regression analysis are being used to analyze the
data through SPSS 20. The target population is Supply chain , so convenient sampling
strategy is used for this research. 375 questionnaires were sent to the respondents out of
which 350 responses are to be considered which means a response rate of 93.58%.
Findings

Limitations
