dc.description.abstract Purpose The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of supply chain integration on operational performance. Investigating physical flow, financial flow, and informational flow in supply network and its impact on operational performance oforganization. Methodology & Design A quantitative research design has been selected to investigate the research problem with the help ofstatistical data. A survey questionnaire is design to collect the data from respondent using probabilistic technique. Convenient sampling method has been used to collect data as per the convenience ofthe participant in aim to collect efficient data. non Findings Findings of the study has highlighted that supply chain integration have a significant impact on operational performance of the organization. The study has examine factor of supply chain integration which are financial flow, physical flow and information flow to determine the level of integration at each level or supply chain to find out the impact on operational performance. The results has enlighten than financial flow integration has a significant impact on Operational performance. Physical flow integration has significant impact on Operational performance. Information flow has a significant impact on operational performance. Limitations Lack of literature, and accessibility to books, journals, past paper etc. Limited time frame to conduct the research has been the limitations for the research. Recommendations The study has recommended considerable findings to improve the operational performance ofthe organization. Study has considerable results such as financial flow which illustrate the management of financials in supply chain network. By managing financials can increase firm’s profitability and revenue which can benefit the organizations to expand and grow. Furthermore,supply chain partners and supply chain units should focus on physical flow ofintegration, a smooth flow of products from retailers to inventory, inventory to distributors and logistics, and then customer can improve organizational performance. In addition, supply chain integration not only assist in improved performance but it also assist organization to gain a competitive edge in the market. Therefore, researcher strongly recommend the integration in supply chain along with emphasize on each segment ofintegration to increase the operational performance ofthe company. en_US
