Abstract:
This article discusses and conceptualize supplier sourcing and its impact of organization
performance, where else collaborative relationship plays a mediating role between them. We
discuss collaborative relationship approaches will be beneficial for achieving performance
outcomes for aviation industry. A structural model equation, using a sample of 224
respondents will be used to test hypothesis, and the results shows that supplier sourcing
strategies have a direct impact on organization performance. Furthermore, through effective
supplier sourcing strategy we can achieve OP with the help of collaborative relationship
among supplier and organizations. Our study provides support to inline supplier sourcing
strategies for the purpose to achieve organization performance. Findings, future directions,
and managerial implications also discussed.
