| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The purpose ofstudy is to determine the role ofsupply chain relationship quality and firm performance. Examining the role ofinterpersonal, tactical, and Strategic collaboration to evaluate the performance ofsupply chain network. Methodology & Design A quantitative research methodology has been selected to examine the role of supply chain relationship quality and firm performance. The research design include positivism philosophy, deducted research approach aligned with quantitative analysis using regression analysis to determine the impact of variables. A structural survey questionnaire has been design to gather the data using probabilistic sampling technique. For analysis statistical measuring tool SPSS is used to analyze and interpret the data in a presentable manner. Findings The findings ofstudy has highlight the significant impact ofTrust, Relationship history and logistics collaboration on supply chain performance. Whereas, Commitment has a positive but non-significant impact on supply chain performance. Limitations Limited access to literature and past studies, Limited timeframe ofthe research, small sample size, difficulty in data collection and data analyses has been the limitation ofthe study. Recommendations The study has potential recommendations to practitioners, researchers, companies, and research audience to facilitate the research readers in best manner. The study had highlighted the significance of Trust, Commitment, and Relationship History on Supply Chain performance. Furthermore, the research implications are worth recommendations for the supply chain professionals and top executives to consider in policy making for competitive edge and long term success ofthe company | en_US |
