Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose and aim ofthis research is to find out or to investigate the effects of independent
variables (Cost Benefit, Security and Privacy, Reliability and Top Management Support) on to
the Implementation ofCloud ERP.
Methodology & Design
The chosen research model offers a good explanation of the phenomena under study.
Questionnaires were used to collect data for the study. Basically the questionnaire was floated
among the employees working in the IT sector and the ones who have the exposure of using
an. There were between 200 to 280 responses to the survey that was put out there.
Findings
A superior thoughtful and findings was obtained about the factors that leaves effect on to the
implementation ofthe Cloud based ERP solution. While focusing on to the research, there is
an optimistic, considerable and significant effects of independent variables (Cost Benefit,
Security and Privacy, Reliability and Top Management Support) to the implementation ofthe
Cloud based ERP solution.
Limitations
There are many challenges, like research representation of this study is focusing on only 4
factors that has an effect on the implementation ofthe cloud based ERP rather than the on premise traditional ERP (Cost Benefit, Security and Privacy, Reliability and Top Management
Support). So, for this reason this research was not able to experience other factors that impacts
on to the implementation ofthe cloud based ERP. However, there are many other factors that impacts on to the employee performance. Here, we are doing research within the IT and
service sector only.
Recommendations
The use of cloud based ERP for SMEs will make the data integration among various units
really easy, this increases the credibility of each department and includes up-to-date data
the small businesses that are running. It also helps to speed up strategic business decisions and
will maximize the potential profits a company can achieve. Hence, this can increase the interest
ofimplementing a cloud based ERP solution that will positively help various business scale in
all oftheir respective operational activities.
