dc.description.abstract Purpose To understand the influence ofjob satisfaction, employee loyalty, work place environment on employee job performance mediating the employee turnover intention Methodology & Design In this research, the data has been collected from 395 respondents including both males and females through questionnaire having close ended questions. Findings In this research we analyze that job loyalty has an impact on employee turnover intention and employee job performance Limitations There are certain limitations on this study article. In the beginning, this study only took a few aspects like employee job performance, workplace culture, job loyalty, and turnover intention into account. Additionally, the research's sample size has to be increased in order to identify the primary factors at a more comprehensive level. Recommendations • The collection of information ought to be from various cities and communities ofthe country to get a wide scope and results can be gotten. • organizations ought to deal with its employees through working at working and job satisfaction by giving them great environment to unleash their environment talents. • organizations ought to do whatever it may embracing bias free practices. . it is prescribed to organizations to profoundly investigate and comprehend the standards and deftness ofworkers since tendencies can be changed rapidly and easily. focus ought to be given by the organizations to the essential variables considered by the workers for themselves which retain them in the organizations. en_US
