Abstract:
Purpose
To understand the influence ofjob satisfaction, employee loyalty, work place environment on
employee job performance mediating the employee turnover intention
Methodology & Design
In this research, the data has been collected from 395 respondents including both males and
females through questionnaire having close ended questions.
Findings
In this research we analyze that job loyalty has an impact on employee turnover intention and
employee job performance
Limitations
There are certain limitations on this study article. In the beginning, this study only took a few
aspects like employee job performance, workplace culture, job loyalty, and turnover intention
into account. Additionally, the research's sample size has to be increased in order to identify
the primary factors at a more comprehensive level.
