dc.description.abstract Purpose The purpose ofthe research thesis was gauge whether the prevention ofworking offthe clock violation can help avoid the occurrences ofthe othertwo violations that is unclear wage system and failure to pay applicable wages respectively. Methodology & Design The study conducted in this research is quantitative in nature. Further, the research is classified as descriptive as it intends to describe the state of matters as in exists in the present (Kothari, C R., 2004); studying the cause-and-effect relationship of the independent variable working off the clock with each dependent variable, namely, unclear wage system and failure to pay applicable wages respectively. Findings Working off the clock, unclear wages systems and failure to pay applicable wages have a significance impact on workers’ health and mental status resulting in low productivity which in turn effects the whole supply chain. Limitations Though this research is done in full spirit but still some aspects oflabor health and productivity can’t be considered unless employers are willing to work it out with them. Recommendations Companies and Industries should consider voices overall productivity and mental health ofworkers are safe guarded. en_US
