dc.description.abstract This research investigates the students‟ team learning abilities in higher educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to assess the students‟ team learning at higher level in education sector. The unit of analysis includes the under graduate and post graduate studentsin the 15 universities of Islamabad Pakistan. Questionnaire is developed with the support of previous research and used to collect the data from the students. Survey method is followed to collect the data. The sample size is (N=500). The data was collected through Likert type scale questionnaire. This research also proposed a model of team learning. Male and female students both participated in this survey. Team members‟ collaboration, team members‟ communications and shared mental model are the main players for the determination of students‟ team learning in higher educational institutions. The ordinal logit and ordinal probit models have been used in this study. The non-parametric measures of associations Kendall‟s Tau-b and Kendall‟ Tau-c and somer‟s d are used to analyze the data set. Keywords: The ordinal logit and probit models, Students en_US
