dc.description.abstract Global warming is causing a gradual increase in the earth’s overall temperature, mainly due to the greenhouse gases that are released by the burning of fossil fuels. These greenhouse gasses contain methane, ozone, carbon dioxide, water vapor, and chlorofluorocarbons. Global warming is becoming one of the biggest dangers to our world. To tackle climate change and worsening condition of environment the government has taken some great initiative but despite these initiatives and successes, Pakistan still remains extremely vulnerable to the impacts of Climate Change .It is important for us to empower the green initiative the government is already taking part in. In order to present our own green initiative in helping the environment and encouraging participation from people we are introducing Greenify application. Our main purpose is to empower the public to boost the plantation of trees that will help create a safer and healthier environment for people. The purpose of this project is to provide users a platform from where they will be able to plant trees near their location. The users will also be able to be part of different plantation campaigns. However, the real purpose of this project is to encourage people to take part in green Pakistan initiative. This application is designed to ease the plantation process. en_US
