dc.description.abstract Many people order food online through apps but there is no service to provide catering service in Pakistan for the events we propose a system named “Smart Catering” which consist of 2 apps (User app And Caterer app) Customer will post his event details like (Date, Time, Location, Title, Description, Budget, Estimated People etc). Caterers can see Users Events. Caterers will respond to user event with his offer like (Food items, Delivery Charges, live food station if any, Total Cost etc) Caterers can see user previous ratings and feedback from other caterers. User can see different Caterer’s offers on his event he can decide which offer he likes and assign order to Caterer of his liking or can chat with any of the Caterer to pursue him to change his offer Caterer can edit his offer User can also see caterer previous ratings and feedback from other customers. After Assigning the order to caterer that caterer will receive information about user like (his Location, address, event details, etc). User can see his order status like (Order Received, Order in Making, Order on the way, Order Delivered etc). After order has been delivered user will pay for his order via cash on delivery and user and caterer can give ratings and feedback to each other. If user or caterer receives consecutively bad ratings/feedback as a punishment, they can no longer post event or post offers. User Can Select and Order from Pre-Made Menus from Caterers as well if he likes instead of posting for event. The purpose of the system will facilitate the users in finding the best market competitive prices for catering services across Pakistan. Caterers will deliver the order to the user’s desired location, day, and time en_US
