Resume Screening System

Abstract

The aim of this project is to automate manually maintained human resource system for different organizations. This automated system is going to seek to meet the needs of human resource department as it can facilitate the human resources by extracting information from forms and matching the required details with the desired job description and finding the most suitable candidates. The automation of this system can improve efficiency of the process of job hunting and the easement of recruitment for job seekers and job recruiter and provide a good management system and paper less environment. This system can also provide good interactivity between job recruiter and the job seeker looking for a job. The main concern of this project is to save time, efforts and give easement to both the job recruiter and the job seeker. This effort can then provide a resume screening system
