Abstract:
Online auctions are a type of e-commerce where goods or services are sold through a bidding process over the internet. Online auctions allow buyers and sellers to connect and trade from anywhere, and offer consumers lower prices, a wider selection of products, and greater efficiency compared to traditional online markets. The online auction market is still in its early stages, with few companies having established their own online trading platforms. This project aims to create an online platform where users can post items for auction and place bids on them. The platform will allow bidders to chat with sellers and consult about the details of the products, ensuring confidentiality between the two parties. It will also provide valueadded services to both bidders and sellers. The system will be accessible through various digital devices and will serve a wide range of users in different locations. It will also have provisions for secure payment methods and feedback mechanisms to improve the user experience
