dc.description.abstract Research community in blockchain has been working on development of efficient, secure and reliable decentralized systems. While many centralized systems exist, building an efficient, secure and decentralized system is a big challenge. Blockchain based decentralized systems are now being developed in order to overcome the deficiencies of centralized systems. Decentralized systems that are based upon the technology of blockchain enable the developers to develop such kind of systems that should have security, resilience and immutability. The target of this research is to propose a framework that is based upon some of the important concepts for land record registry systems. Our proposed conceptual framework elaborates on the important components which are vital for the development of decentralized land record registry systems. en_US
