dc.description.abstract As we know that the nature of a person has an effect on his work and can also disturb the one’s working in his surrounding. The nature of the employees cannot be understood in a single formal interview, most people turn out to be of the opposite nature than they seemed to be and can later create issues for them and the one’s in their surrounding. In order to overcome this issue, our desktop based application will acts as a psychologist during the formal interviews of the candidate. It will assess the candidate through his facial and hand gestures, getting answers of the questions from the candidate and come to a result about the person. This information will be enough for the judges to know that the candidate would be able to survive in such a working environment or not. our application can be widely used in schools, hospitals, offices and many other places where people are recruited and formal interviews are taken. Thus, our application can contribute in helping the organization find a suitable candidate who can fit in their working environment en_US
