Abstract

The ambition of this project is to help people shop more confidently while shopping for clothing online. This application will add more flexibility for the customers to shop online. This project will help to reduce the return and exchange rate in the clothing category. This application will save users time as they would not have to the physical stores and wait in lines to try clothes on. This application currently will be targeting only one category that is Men’s T-shirt Category. The application will be user friendly and will provide user ease to shop online. It contains all the functionality that other online stores contain but in addition to that it also contains a special functionality which makes this project different from other online stores in such a way that this application allows users to view their selected item on a character based avatar which will have similar body dimensions as users. The selected item will be displayed on avatar which will give the users a clear view about the size and design of the selected item. This application will help users to make buying decisions more quickly and without any hesitation as they have more idea about the product. The main purpose of this project is to save the people from the hassle of going to the store to try the clothing items on before making a purchase.
