| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays there is an increasing interest in methods that can verify the identity of a user that access from a remote location.Security systems like identity cards and key locks are not enough to full the needs of security and need to be upgrade for critical locations like banks,nuclear plants etc.There is a need to develop a security system that can provide high level security. Those systems are usually known as bio-metrical identification systems. Systems that can recognize a user by its unique bio-metrical feature.Bio-metrical feature should include: easy to be extracted,hard to be reproduced by anyone else and hard to be access by public. This report will propose an implementation of a finger vein identification system. For such task, this report will be defined in different chapters that contain the information and explanations related to the data acquisition,-the_features and extraction for identification, the study of results, the design of the proposed solution. | en_US |
