Web Based Housing Society Management System

Abstract

In the last few years, life become so much busy, people want their desired life style according to their convenient price. The project “Web Based Housing Society Management System” is made for the residents of housing societies to solve their problems. When a customer first time visit the society office, and want to become a residents of housing society then the customer need to fill registration form. If the customer is not registered within the system, it is not possible that he/she get any facility from system. For login into the system, members need user name and password. On the end of every month, system generate monthly bill for every member. In this project, we have an admin panel through which an admin manages all the task and activities. By administrative login admin can see all the member’s accounts and data. Furthermore, Admin can apply society new charges by member’s approval. By user login, users can see all the facilities given to them by society along with their monthly charges. users can give the feedback and complaints online by using their panel, they just write their complaints in the complaint box and send to the admin. After that admin, can see and take necessary actions on that complaint. Users can buy and sell their properties and houses and buyers can take it through bidding system, the applicants can bid for the houses, higher the bid more chance to buy. There is also an advertisement system in this project through which user can upload any kind of advertisement and that will show to all residents account after admin approval. Our system will also predict in opening different facilities and services for residents for example which place is better and profitable for opening this facility or servicelike gym, school and college etc. The future work for this project is as fellow: SMS alerts through which related updates or announcements for the resident can be send on their personal mobile numbers and android based system through which residents can visit their accounts through mobile phone.
