dc.description.abstract Farming can be stated as one of the elements of generic skills that are found among the people who belong to villages. But as the world is advancing rapidly, everything around us is evolving and so are the methods of agriculture. In our parts of the world, we are still stuck on traditional methods of agriculture, which will not be able to withstand the ever growing need of increasing population of our country in near future. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to investigate how the farmers of Pakistan are able to yield crops with traditional methods and the way they're willingly or reluctantly getting used to modern methods of cultivation. All the relevant data regarding the study has been collected through triangular methodology. Results found that farmers are eyeing on achieving good command over modern technology for better crop yield. i en_US
