dc.description.abstract Because of limitation in the source of power in utmost of the Underwater Wireless Sensor Network (UWSN) applications, there is need for scholars to develop routing technique that consume as much less power as possible in order to obtain longer network lifetime. Also, harmonising the feasting of energy among the deployed sensor nodes is of great importance too for its direct role in many routing metrics including: amount of data packets received to base station, network holes, latency, overall network energy consumption, and many more. In previous routing techniques, mostly single routing algorithm is proposed to be working from the beginning till end of the deployed network. While the condition and properties of the network and the deployed sensor nodes are changing with time in the network, so there is need for more than one algorithm in a protocol in order to obtain good result from the deployed UWSN. In this thesis we propose Efficient Energy Consumption Algorithm on Residual Energy Status for UWSN that have different routing methods base on the energy status of the deployed sensor nodes. Results obtained via simulation prove that it is more effective than previously proposed routing technique for UWSN. en_US
