IMPACT OF SUPPLY CHAIN INTEGRATION ON THE OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY OF PRIVATE HOSPITALS IN KARACHI

Abstract

Purpose In the 330 private hospitals of Karachi, the following study has evaluated the role of their supply chain integration in emerging their operational flexibility. Methodology & Design By implying a quantitative research methodology, the resulting study has collected data by means of an adopted questionnaire based on a 5 point Likert scale. Moreover, an exploratory research design has been adopted so as to better collect data in a primary manner form the stakeholders that are the core focus of this study. Findings By following a rigorous research approach and statistically recalling the analysis, it found out that hospital supply chain integration positively impacts the operational flexibility of private hospitals. Moreover, the mediator of BDAC was also significantly found i relationship amid the aforementioned consideration. was in a Limitations conducted with the directors of private hospitals could better reveit within consideration discipline. Moreover, the addition of COV1D moderator variable would construct a better insight in the respective domain.
