| dc.description.abstract | Purpose The purpose and aim of this research is to find out or to investigate the Role of Senior Management with the mediating effect of Exploration and Exploitation on Employee Performance Methodology & Design In this study survey method was adopted to collect the data. Web based questionnaire was used to collect the data from the people easily available on the social sites. Sample size was 264 and sampling was conveniences sampling. The results from parallel technique chosen mediation analysis indicated the partial mediating effect of exploitation on the relationship of role ofsenior management and employees’ performance. Findings A superior thoughtful and findings was obtained about the factors that leave effect on to the to the research, there is an optimistic, employee' performance. While focusing on considerable and significant effect of independent variables (Role of senior management, Exploration, Exploitation) on to the employee performance Limitations There are many challenges, like research representation of this study is focusing on only 4 factors of the Employee performance.
