Abstract:
Purpose:
The main purpose ot this study is to check the effect and analyze the effects ofstrategic talent
management on retention ofemployees in health care organizations.
Methodology & Design:
The methodology used in this study are multiple. Quantitative research was done which
included questionnaire form to collect responses from the healthcare employees. Explanatory
type was used to explain the correlation design in the form of descriptive analysis ofresponses.
Findings:
There are four factors that are affecting retention, those are being studied in this study, and
findings are that two variables (talent attraction and reward management) are strongly
significant and are affecting retention whereas two factor (talent development and
psychological wellbeing) are moderate to low significant and are affecting retention in health
care organizations.

Limitations:
Due to disaster of COVID - 19 outbreak, I was not able to visit health institutes personally
which led me to limited number ofresponses. This is one ofthe main reason observations were
limited and are not evaluated properly.
Recommendations:
recommended to health care managers and professionals to reform strategic talent It is
management strategies and try new strategies to develop employees specifically. Also, policy
needs to change policies to perform better this would be effectual for both health care
& individuals and for organizations also.
