dc.description.abstract The present study is based on a comparative analysis of Kashmir Conflict coverage in Print Media of India & Pakistan in the context of Peace Journalism. The study makes use of a qualitative research design where the data is interpreted through both primary and secondary data collection. The interpretations are based on Galtung’s Model of Peace Journalism nineteen Indicator that measures the journalism practices on the basis of peace or war journalism. Moreover, the interviews were also conducted to depict the scenario behind the Kashmir conflict among Pakistan and India policy makers, government officials as well as journalists and how the media present the stories at both ends of the state. The findings indicated that war journalism persists among the media practices of both states. However, Pakistani media was still found promoting the idea of peace journalism. en_US
