dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between employee motivation, job satisfaction, and performance at 5-Star Hotels Karachi. The goal of the study was to assess available literature and develop a conceptual framework as well as hypotheses. Nonprobability convenience sampling technique was used for this study. A total of 384 respondents from Karachi 5-Stars hotels participated in this research survey. Analysis of data and the discussion is included. Some important recommendations were derived from the study. en_US
