dc.description.abstract Witness' is a binding potency in the structural organization of Criminal Justice system enduring to acquit the molarity or accountability of an accused individual but the Triad of stakeholders i.e. police, prosecution and Judiciary are the main actor that leads witness behind assisting and make them hesitant to record their testimony which is the violation of the rights of an individual (witness) that explicit under the document of Universal Declaration of Human Rights because no protection provided to witness and their families against any jeopardies additionally their seems non implementation of international, federal or provisional acts introduced in Pakistan Criminal Justice System therefore, This proposed research concentrates on the factors that are prohibiting Pakistan from implementing of laws on witness protection and how this is affecting the foreign policy of Pakistan. This research objectifies that how the triad of stakeholders are violating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by not providing protection to the witnesses. Further the research focuses on the value of witness protection a source of a fair trial. Research questions and objectives allied with Realist-constructivist approach and Theory of Justice can be best suited with the highlighted significance of witness protection traits. Qualitative method is adopted to study the research in detail. en_US
