dc.description.abstract Purpose Employee engagement is an important phenomenon for the organizations as engaged employees have high productivity and they feel high involvement in the job which allow them to put more efforts towards the goals of organization. The aim ofthis research is to examine the impact ofwork-life balance, working environment, leadership on employee engagement in logistics sector of Karachi. Methodology & Design This research is based on causal relationship. Data is collected through questionnaire from employees working in different logistics companies. Sample size ofthe research is 384. Data is analyzed through SMART PLS technique. Findings The findings of the study indicate that there is positive impact of all the 3 variables on employee engagement in the logistics sector. Employees feel engaged and involved in their jobs, when they are provided with work-life balance, working environment and positive leader's support. Limitations The ground ofthis study is limited to the people of Karachi working in logistics sector. This research cannot be generalized to other countries or cities of Pakistan as their point of view may . In fact, research conducted in other sectors may also show variability in results. vary Recommendations It is recommended to managers to pay attention towards these 3 important concepts in order to Managers should provide flexible working hours when decentralized decision making to increase employee increase employee engagement, needed.
