Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of this study to look at the impact of IT execution (block chain technology) on
supply chain integration and supply chain resilience.
Methodology & Design
The research was conducted to explain the impact ofBlock Chain Technology on supply chain
resilience with mediating role ofsupply chain integration. The research aims to evaluate the
variables, both dependent and Independent variables with the help of quantitative analysis.
Findings
One of the most important findings is that BCT implementation affects SCI. and that SCI
mediates the relationship between BCT implementation and SCRES. This discovery has a
variety of managerial ramifications. For starters, it emphasizes the critical role that BCT
implementation plays in supply chain operations. BCT initiatives to promote SCI should be
given increased emphasis as a result ofthis finding.
Limitations
This research was limited to Pakistan, the results may not be applicable to other nations or
with distinct characteristics and values. The study relied on cross-sectional data, contexts
which prevented us from looking at the dynamic character of both the SCI and the SCRES.
Recommendations
be boosted by tighter integration between different parts of a Resilient capabilities can
company and supply chain partners. Collaborations and strategic partnerships may enable
correct data flow and knowledge exchange across the whole supply chain network, block chain
technology can be used for data flow and knowledge exchange. As a result, enteiprises will be
able to better manage the entire supply chain process. These businesses would also be able to detect and respond to any disturbances in a timely manner. This is critical because failing to
respond quickly to unforeseen conditions can cause supply chain performance to deteriorate,
lowering company competitiveness
