dc.description.abstract Purpose The purpose of this study was to look into the impact of implementing Green SCM practices, such as Eco-Design Technique (EDT), Green Purchasing (GP), and Investment Recovery (IR) piactices, on economic and environmental performance, as well as the impact ofmanufacturing firms' Internal Environment Management (IEM) on organizational performance. Methodology and design This study used a quantitative approach to collect data from a primary source. The hypothesis investigated using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS, a statistical tool, and the study employed a cross-sectional research design using individuals as the unit of analysis. A questionnaire-based survey was also employed as a data collection instrument in this investigation. The convenience sampling approach was employed in this research. Moreover, the study used Sindh manufacturing firms and nearby Sindh regions as a research population. was Findings Furthermore, the study concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between eco design model and economic performance whereas eco-design model has a positive significant effect on environmental performance. Moreover, the study concluded that GP has a positive but insignificant effect on EP whereas GP has a significant positive effect on environmental performance. Additionally, the study found that there is a significant positive relationship between IEM and economic performance whereas IEM has a positive significant effect on environmental performance. Likewise, IR has a significant positive effect on economic performance whereas IR has a positive significant effect on environmental performance. Limitations The limitation of this study is that it has collected data from a limited sample size. The data collected only from Karachi’s origin. The studied topic needs a very detailed analysis and thus the data from a single origin would not be enough. Its analysis results cannot be geneialized to the overall population. Thus the targeted population needs to be increased. was Recommendations Firms' managers must understand the potential positive impact of GSCM practices aspects of performance, and they must be more on many proactive in their adoption ofsuch practices. Finns could improve their internal environmental management by recycling product designs, reducing emissions, and using recyclable packaging materials. Firms may enhance their environmental performance by implementing these practices, which will in turn improve their economic performance. en_US
