Abstract:
Purpose: The purpose of this study paper is to examine the impact of quality system
integration and relationship of supply chain on quality performance in FMCG sectors. In
supply chain integration has been getting a growing attention from consultants and researchers
to prevent product recall and improving quality. There has been increased in product recall
equally in the recall ofthe numbers and units affected by each and every reason.
Methodology: The method for this study is quantitative while the data is gathered using
secondary data collection. The research approach is deductive whereas, questionnaire is used
to collect from respondents. The sample size offor the study is 390.The scope ofthe stud) has
identified that; the data is being analyzed using Smart PLS software and include Cronbach
Alpha Test.
Limitation: The Restriction ofthis paper that the population contain both male and female.
The age range is from 18 years from 50+.This research will be conduct in Pakistan's big cities
like Karachi through google survey.
Recommendation: Incidents involving product safety and recalls emphasize the
significance ofquality management (QM) involved in supply chains. In numerous aspects, (his
research contributes to the advancement ofsupply chain quality management theory and give
great insights for managers. Future studies should study the causative linkages between supply
chain quality system integration, supply chain relationship quality and quality performance
utilizing longitudinal data from numerous respondents to explain the theory and evaluate
specific causal impacts in correlation research data using structural and path analysts
