Abstract:
The existing printing process of different organizations has created a lot of problems for people in managing their operations. The process is time consuming and causes delay in completion of the orders. The completed orders are then delivered to the customers which also causes delay. This process creates mismanagement while tracking the orders and their delivery. To prevent all these prevailing problems, this system is developed. It is an online web portal, which provides solution to many of these problems. It is an application which creates a linkage between the customers & service providers. It tracks all the ongoing orders and prevents from mishandling. The customers do not have to suffer from the delay of delivery of respective orders. Online Printing Press System (PPS) is a web portal which will facilitate users to place printing orders online & get the quotations accordingly. The customers can keep record of order & track the progress easily. The efficiency of this system enables the printing company to coordinate with customers. Hence they can easily start process and update their clients on quick basis. The assigned task can be overviewed by the owner of printing company from anywhere in the world.
