dc.description.abstract	Out of the 5 billion mobile phone users in the world, 1.08 billion are smartphone users. Smart phone developers need to make applications for the user in specific languages for each platform. This system is a cross platform picture manipulation social network. The main purpose of the system is to manipulate an image, save it on device and share it on the network. Just like a social network it will have all the features e.g. Commenting, Like and sharing. It will also act as a sharing platform to all other social networks. This system will work on any platform with the support ofHTML5 compatible browser and a camera.	en_US
