Pix Decrypter

Abstract

The PixDecrypter is a steganography software. Steganography is the art of hiding information in ways that prevent its detection. Moreover it enables you to use digital data hiding techniques to hide files and messages within other files (carriers) such as pi cture or other files. This allows you to encrypt sensitive in ~ormation , while at the same time hiding it in a file that will not look suspic. ous, so nobody even knows that there is any encrypted information. Theretore, to an onlooker it would be a normal picture but in reality it can be used as a potent tool for transferring secret messages. The project is implemented in VISUAL C++ using windo-vvs 32 API's. It also uses Microsoft paint shop and windows operating system.
