Abstract:
The NTN Automation System has been developed for CBR The system provides efficient mean of handling the entire process of issuance ofNTN Certificates centrally in an automated environment, yet retaining the advantages of processing requests and dissemination at regional level. The process is triggered with the receipt of application in the regional office. The Master database is accessed over intranet through web browser. The applicant's data is entered in specifically designed pages. 11aster database is automaticaJly updated. After scrutiny, if found in order, NlN wiJI be issued and conveyed to regional office. The system also has a facility to check all NlN certificate holders belong to a particular city.
