dc.description.abstract Purpose: The aim ofthis research is to study the impact oftechnology, workforce diversity and globalization on the human resource management practices in banking sector (commercial banks) especially the private sector ofKarachi, Pakistan. Methodology & Design: The sample size that was chosen by my supervisor was 250 and out ofwhich 255 questionnaires were filled online. Data was collected from banking sector (commercial banks) especially the private sector in Karachi, Pakistan. The questionnaire contains 15 questions with the Likert rating scale. The data was analyzed through using IBM SPSS software version 22. Findings: The results show that technology, workforce diversity and globalization they all have a positive impact on human resource practices Limitations: This research is based on the service sector also banking sector only because time was the main constraints for this research. So, other industries and regions are still untapped. Recommendations: Organizations need to be focus on following the different upcoming trends like work from home, employee wellness programs and artificial intelligence and machine learning etc. Also need to work on their human resource management practices en_US
