dc.description.abstract Voice Tel Tech Pvt. Ltd., being a network-based organization, requires a lot of working and functioning to be done online. The company had an official website, but it was not sufficient to cope up with the required functionalities. It was a static website with a limited range of information and services ranging from the company history to its regional offices in detail. The website needed to be rebuilt and redesigned totally and the ever growing need of the clients and the market was required to be fulfilled online. The new web site now includes more information for the clients, with links update on day to day basis. Customer services center has been setup online to cater for the ever growing needs of the clients. Members now have special and exclusive access to their work area which enables them to serve the clients and perform managerial tasks. With the development of this web application the company has achieved a greater Nation-wide access than ever, binding the active clients together and spreading its operative scope to every corner of Pakistan. en_US
