dc.description.abstract	Distance education is a planned learning that normally occurs in a different place . Throughout the world various educational institutes are delivering online videos for educational purposes, as well as various organizations are steaming their videos for their own marketing and sales purposes at real time. This report provides a complete study of the methods and means to develop a Distance Education through Videoconferencing , at home or in some institute. We can implement Distance Learning program on both LAN and WAN. A special Leased line would be required to transmit best quality real time video. Satellite or Fiber Optics are best solutions. The main theme is to transmit Video both synchronously and asynchronously for educational purpose.	en_US
