Abstract:
The development of application “Asian Wok” has a significant need in Marketing Management and Supply Chain Management of Asian Wok for Improvising the home delivery service at the restaurant. This unique idea will boost the sales of the restaurant in innovative manner. Our report of Final Year Project is basically the development of two-sided application, one for the valuable customers and second for the staff in Asian Wok’s Kitchen. The ingenious idea will be quite useful in today’s world of social media where placing order through application is preferable. Especially in the world that we know today, home delivery has secured separate position defining a new norm in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, and that is integral for all growing and established restaurants that want to sustain themselves in the everchanging industry dynamics of post COVID’19 era. The following research will show detailed study on the development of application for Enhancing Asian Wok’s Sales Revenue by boosting Home Delivery, its objectives, functions, lead time management, comprehensive marketing strategies, costs, and maximum profit generation for Asian Wok Restaurant. This project will feature the procedure of establishing the home delivery network as an independent channel of sales revenue for the business and will practically explain how the development of an application and its following processes such as test-run, initiative driven awareness drive and marketing and supply chain facilitation will contribute towards increased sales revenue of the business. The need of this application development is to generate a convenient way of ordering Chinese, Thai and Japanese cuisines of Asian Wok Restaurant. It will not only save the time for customers but also directly connect them with our team at Asian Wok. Moreover, it will tremendously help the restaurant to grow its sales by managing the inventory system and utilizing a digital platform of application. It is the peak time for application development “Asian Wok” that will grab customers for Asian Wok Restaurant. It’s not only benefitting the organization but as well as enhancing the way of delivering the quality food to loyal customers
