The transport inefficiencies in agility logistics are affected by numerous factors which hinder the efficient operation of supply chain management and logistics itself. Therefore, the analysis will be carried out about different methods to observe numerous factors such as flexible operation, responsiveness, quick management, and competency which will be related to Agility Logistics (ALPL) operating in Pakistan. The main focus of the research is to carry out an analysis of transportation inefficiencies in agility logistics by considering different factors such as policies, cultural trades, and the role of third-party logistic providers. Therefore, the consideration will be made for Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd. operating in Pakistan. To monitor all those factors, the ALPL’s operation will be considered, and a study will be carried out about the company’s fleet management, warehousing, distribution, and freight forwarding & handling. Concerning such analysis, the framework will be developed that will be considering policy-based frameworks while focusing on organizational culture, regulatory framework, and infrastructure framework. The Viable Supply Chain (VSC) framework will be taken into account and the multi-structural solution will be developed. The results will be developed that will be focusing on the policy improvements while considering the running business having network infrastructures. The developed infrastructure along with related policies will be responding the changes, and at the same time will be providing emerged opportunities. The main perspective of the developed model will be focusing the companies and organizations that have to take into account (i) organizational structure including development, management, and reorientation of organization, (ii) informational structure including suppliers, data analytics and block chain (iii) technological structures including innovations, smart industry concepts and warehousing and (iv) financial structure of the company |
