Abstract:
A number of Software Houses and IT Institutes hire IT Professionals for the fulfillment of many tasks in the world of computer. So, the job seekers are always there in search of jobs suitable for their skills. Talent is always there, no doubt. And finding the talent is a hard task. And if there is a job then, there are a number of candidates. Now a day, the technology is so much advanced that every person is at ease in finding anything what he want s. You start with information and end with groceries. Now you can have access on the information with a single click. And finding a job is no more an exception. Constructing "Resume & Job Management and Discussion Forum" site, named as ITBRIDGE. Com, was a venture. Although a number of "job searching" sites already exist. But in that side we try to provide the maximum links among IT Fields. And we built a "BRIDGE" among Job Seekers, Employers, and Software Houses. Before that we go::e l~rough a number of such sites and made a detailed study, and so looked at the pros ar.d cons, and at last made requirement specifications. What has been tried to incorporate in this site is this. All the jobs posted will be genuine, because the employers will only post the jobs. The resumes posted by the candidates will be scrutinized by our experts and so presented to employers for the exact talent, which they require. This is because the company's br!ef profiles are also being saved in our database. Newest and fastest possible technologies are used in this project to make it fast accessible on the Net.
