Abstract

Little Mathematicians is a software being developed for Schola Nova, a school for children from preschool to 0 Level ' s, which covers the entire Mathematics course of class 4th. The pupils are provided with the necessary learning experiences, beginning with the concrete and pictorial stages, followed by the abstract stage to enable them to learn mathematics with interest. The main concept behind "Little Mathematicians" is to help pupils develop interest in a dynamic subject like mathematics and induce into students a thinking process to enhance their skills. The well designed interface will help the students gain access to the required section in just a click. The software will keep track of the student's score of the tests that he takes. The student can play ~ames, view lectures and listen to them also. The. administrator will be responsible for maintaining all the questions and students in the database by performing the required insertions and deletions.
